Shari B. Ariail joined Long, DiPietro, and Gonzalez, LLP in 2022.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Ariail worked at the US Department of Education and Department of Justice investigating civil rights violations in secondary schools, colleges, prisons, housing, government entities and businesses.
Attorney Ariail also successfully represented employees in discrimination, commission, wage and termination litigation; worker’s compensation cases; and unemployment claims. She has litigated and settled personal injury and medical malpractice claims. Attorney Ariail has also defended employers in discrimination claims and traveled throughout Germany representing American soldiers at courts-martial for an array of misdemeanors and felonies.
Attorney Ariail is a graduate of Brandeis University, (B.A.in 1985) and Case Western Reserve University School of Law (J.D. in 1988). She is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Washington, and the United States District Court for the District of Western Washington.
