Anna M. Harvey

Anna M. Harvey joined the firm in 2025. She represents public school districts and superintendents in labor and employment matters and education law.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna worked at a boutique employment law firm in East Providence, Rhode Island, handling a wide range of employment-related matters, including workplace discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination claims.

During law school, Anna worked as a teaching assistant and completed internships with the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Victim Rights Center of Connecticut, and a New Bedford law firm. She participated in the American Bar Association’s Client Counseling Competition, where she was a regional finalist, and she was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.  Her writing on workplace issues, specifically the gender wage gap, was published in the Labor Law Journal (Winter 2023, Vol. 74, No. 4).

Attorney Harvey graduated from Colorado State University (B.A. 2021). She earned her J.D., cum laude, and M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (J.D./M.B.A. 2025), and is admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
